Who is responsible

Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. publishes this site and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us only through the contact form.

Messages you send through the contact form

When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message. If you send a copyright notice, we also receive the details you add for it: the work, the address of the material, your statements and your electronic signature.

We use this to read and answer your message, to handle corrections, privacy requests and copyright notices, and to keep a record of how we handled them. Please do not send grades, essays, financial details or other sensitive information.

Technical data the host logs

Like every website, the servers that deliver this site automatically log technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is used to run the site, keep it secure and find faults. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. Quiz answers are kept only in the page address (the part after the question mark), so you can share a result. See the cookie policy.

Google Fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the fonts, your IP address and browser details reach Google. Google acts under its own privacy policy. No other third-party service is loaded.

No analytics and no advertising

We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels or social media widgets.

Legal basis (GDPR and UK GDPR)

We rely on our legitimate interests to run and secure the site and to answer messages people send us. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives your data

We share personal data only with hosting and infrastructure providers that act for us, with the provider that delivers contact form messages once the form is connected, and with authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to handle your request, then delete them. Host logs are kept for a limited period set by the host.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable form and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection supervisory authority.

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we hold, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it) and not to be treated differently for using these rights.

You also have rights under other privacy laws that apply to you.

Children and teens

This site is written for students, including high school students. It does not ask for personal data to use the quiz or planner. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us a message through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
